Pfizer Digital Accelerator

About:

Pfizer’s Breakthrough Change Accelerator aimed to bring together the best of the best to solve tough medical challenges. They needed a way to encourage partners both old and new to discover and apply to current challenges.

We were tasked with creating a tool for them to post challenges, review and accept applications and to help clarify their process from start to finish. We used Pfizer brand guidelines to design the platform and website.

We worked with the team at Pfizer to map out the application process - from the internal process of review of the challenge, posting it on the site, reviewing applications and selection for onboarding.

Challenge Publishing and Application Review

The internal team at Pfizer needed a way to manage their process through their platform.

We created process for challenge creation and review (including legal review) and application management once they started receiving applications. They can send automated rejection messages or custom messages to applicants, flag accepted candidates to IT onboarding and more.

From this platform they can manage their entire workflow.

Process visibility and next steps

For the applicants, it was important for them to stay in the loop about where their application is in the process.

Once an applicant gets further along in the process, they are able to view important documentation to sign, assign team members, request any specific tech needs and schedule meetings.

The website had a challenge overview page that clearly laid out process and benefits for the applicants
